On Property Annual Auction : Landmark auctioneer Gordon Wood-who officiated the spirited bidding

with Malcolm Scroop-said the highlight was the large proportion of repeat commercial buyers.

Mr Wood said the presentation of the sheep was a credit to David Karen & Devon Ridgway and praised their progress on carcase traits such as eye muscle depth and fat.

"They are early maturing, carcase sheep cutting long stapled, easy care type of wool. The industry is looking for both carcase and wool and they are getting it here," he said.
